This warm Spring glow is far from being enjoyed by all fund managers. This week the Guardian was on the phone asking about Standard Life Global Absolute Return Strategies (or GARS), now the biggest retail fund in the UK. This huge fund has been a dog in recent years yet is still £19 billion in size. Should you sell, and why is anyone holding it?
