What's HotWhat’s Hot

It’s an eclectic mix, with no single theme.

  • Two UK and Japanese funds, each being a Value-style Income fund or small cap.
  • Two property funds, no doubt encouraged by the prospect of further interest rate cuts.
  • One gold miners fund, with the gold price beginning to drift, but miners remaining very cheap.
  • And one US “Growth” fund, which is surprising if you look at the duds below.

What’s Not

  • No surprise that 6 US funds dominate the duds.
  • The other 4 places are all China funds, suffering from US tariffs.
  • Though Trump has (probably) pricked the US bubble, China remains good value, and a bumper stimulus could light a rocket under this market.
