China - "should I buy?"

In our last China blog post we predicted that China was near a bottom. After a seventh straight quarterly slowdown, new data suggests that China may have hit the bottom of its downturn, and with optimism from the top that the economy is stabilising, China could be ready to enjoy another turn of the cyclical wheel.
