The stock market has been fearlessly motoring ahead, buoyed by central bank largesse, and oblivious to spiraling government debt and continuing economic uncertainty. So where does that leave our “footsie at 4000” prognosis? It is well and truly dead in the precise form we set out. So where are we now, and where might we be going?
