Back in May we highlighted the risk of the FTSE 100 index falling towards 4,000. Since then the footsie has risen to 5,900. Have we lost the plot? Should you be fearful of the UK stock market in 2013, or filling your boots? Are we in the foot hills of a new bull market as one fund manager has suggested?
